I teach practices that help people cultivate presence, awareness, and connection.
Through Tai Chi, meditation, visual meditation, photography, and mindful movement, I create opportunities for people to slow down, pay attention, and engage more fully with their lives.
My work is rooted in a simple belief: when we bring our attention to the present moment, we gain access to greater clarity, creativity, resilience, and well-being.
Whether in a classroom, community center, garden, meditation hall, or behind a camera, I invite people to explore what becomes possible when they meet themselves—and the moment—with curiosity and attention.
