I got engaged in the assignments each week. The assignments and the reviews made me look at things differently, not just for what they were but their uniqueness, beauty, and character. I will keep my eyes open wide and take closer looks at the treasures this world, this life has to offer in and out of photography.

I truly enjoyed this photography workshop. I discovered so many different features on my phone camera that have been helpful in taking better pictures. That alone has made this class so valuable. But in addition I have learned the different aspects of composition when taking pictures. Vernice is not only incredibly knowledgeable about photography but she makes the class enjoyable as well. I am looking forward to registering for the next session and continuing on my photography journey.

My experience has been helping me to be more accountable to my exercising and continuing to get stronger and better in my activities, keeping active as I stay in my good health. I truly appreciate our Instructor Vernice, she gives us good information, regarding the movements that we are doing and what it is good for, I like that, such as our balance, tapping, circulation, digestion, and all sorts of good information good movements to keep my physical body get stronger, better, and continue to stay In line And healthy.

Enhance Fitness has improved my exercise program 100 percent. I was always going to exercise today and the day would be gone and no exercise. By attending EF I look forward to meeting the friends I have made and seeing what exercises Vernice has planned for us. By belonging to a Zoom exercise class I’m accountable to myself and other members in the group. Vernice makes exercise fun and she motivates us to do better. With her energetic personality and upbeat music who would want to miss class. Not only does she lead the group in exercise she also gives us information about our body, healthy eating, and the importance of drinking water. This program has raised my energy level, drinking more water and I’m less afraid of falling. I now have a spring in my step and feel confident when I go on vacation I can keep up with the kids.
