Includes Yang and Sun Style Tai Chi, Qigong forms, and mindful practices that promote energy flow and calm. Suitable for all levels.
Evidence-Based Fitness
Functional, fun, and grounded in research. These classes blend strength training, cardio, flexibility, and balance to support healthy aging and everyday movement. Formats like SilverSneakers® and Enhance®Fitness are adapted for a range of abilities, with added techniques to boost joint health, mobility, and confidence.
Digital Photography
Learn to see with intention and create with clarity. These beginner and intermediate photography classes focus on the fundamentals—using both digital cameras and smartphones—while encouraging thoughtful observation and personal vision. Students explore composition, light, and storytelling through the lens, with a mindful approach that connects creativity to everyday life.
